Terms and Conditions – JeetBuzz Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

By accessing, browsing or registering an account on JeetBuzz (operating at jeetbuzz-khelo.com), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JeetBuzz. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the JeetBuzz platform.

Accessing the JeetBuzz website or mobile platform constitutes acceptance of these terms whether or not you have read them. JeetBuzz strongly encourages every player to read this document before registering. We have written it in straightforward English precisely so that players across Pakistan can understand what they are agreeing to — not bury important information in legal language designed to confuse.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by JeetBuzz, including but not limited to: online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual sports, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette and all other games and features available on the platform now or added in the future.

These terms should be read alongside the JeetBuzz Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and JeetBuzz. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other document on the platform, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

JeetBuzz is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit or place any bet. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. JeetBuzz reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend your account pending verification if there is any doubt about your age.

Age verification documents accepted by JeetBuzz include but are not limited to: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a Pakistani passport or a driving licence. JeetBuzz does not accept any document that appears altered, expired or inconsistent with other account information.

You must also be the legal and beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit. You may not use another person's bank account, Easypaisa wallet, JazzCash account or any other payment instrument to fund your JeetBuzz account. Doing so is grounds for immediate account suspension and fund forfeiture.

You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or on any international sanctions list. JeetBuzz complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may request source-of-funds documentation before processing large withdrawals.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one JeetBuzz account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If JeetBuzz discovers duplicate accounts held by the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses cancelled and net winnings above deposited amounts may be withheld pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your CNIC, your mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false information — including a name that does not match your identity documents — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and fund withholding.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JeetBuzz username and password. JeetBuzz will never ask for your password over chat, email or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify JeetBuzz support immediately. JeetBuzz cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain proper security of their login credentials.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the player relationship. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months) or a selfie with your identity document. Accounts that fail KYC checks or whose holders refuse to provide documentation may be suspended or closed.

All transactions on JeetBuzz are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JeetBuzz accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Pakistani-issued Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence under JeetBuzz's AML policy.

Deposits are credited to your JeetBuzz wallet instantly in almost all cases. In rare instances involving bank IBFT transfers during non-banking hours, deposits may take up to 2 hours to reflect. If a deposit has not appeared within this timeframe, contact JeetBuzz support with your transaction reference number and the support team will resolve it.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method registered in your name that has been verified by JeetBuzz. You cannot withdraw to a different person's account or wallet. JeetBuzz processes all withdrawal requests in the order they are received, with a target processing time as shown in the table above.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 100,000 in a single transaction or Rs 500,000 in a calendar month. This is a standard AML requirement and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on the player's part. Withdrawals are not processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied.

JeetBuzz offers a welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. This means if you deposit Rs 10,000, JeetBuzz credits an additional Rs 10,000 bonus to your account, giving you Rs 20,000 to play with. The bonus applies automatically — no promo codes are required. Subsequent promotions may require a code and will be detailed in the individual offer description.

All bonuses at JeetBuzz are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20× the bonus amount. This means if you receive a Rs 5,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 100,000 across eligible games before you can withdraw winnings derived from that bonus. Your own deposited funds can be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to standard withdrawal processing.

Bonus funds are used before your real-money balance when placing bets, unless you opt to use real money only — an option available in your JeetBuzz account settings. Bonuses expire 30 days after being credited if wagering requirements are not met within that period. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited without exception.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including by opening multiple accounts, using hedging bets, coordinating with other players to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other behaviour determined to be bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled, may have their winnings from those bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended. JeetBuzz's decision on bonus abuse is final.

Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses and tournament prizes are all subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. Those specific terms supplement but do not replace these general bonus terms.

JeetBuzz is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. In return, every player agrees to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these terms. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited at JeetBuzz and will result in account suspension, confiscation of funds and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated system to interact with any JeetBuzz game, bet placement system or account management function
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds — any winnings arising from a genuine technical error will be voided by JeetBuzz
• Colluding with other players in any card game, poker tournament or any other game where your actions can affect another player's outcome
• Using information obtained through cheating, hacking or any unauthorised access to JeetBuzz's systems
• Placing offsetting bets (hedging) across multiple accounts or with another person to secure a guaranteed profit from bonus funds
• Making deposits or bets using funds of illegal origin — JeetBuzz cooperates fully with law enforcement on money laundering investigations
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JeetBuzz staff or other players through any channel including live chat
• Attempting to charge back a deposit after using the deposited funds to play games at JeetBuzz

JeetBuzz uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Unusual betting patterns, rapid account-to-account fund movements and other indicators trigger manual review. Players under review may have their withdrawals temporarily held pending the outcome of the review. JeetBuzz will communicate the outcome of any review within 7 business days.

Each game available on JeetBuzz has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface before and during play. These specific game rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By playing any game on JeetBuzz, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the rules of that game.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes at JeetBuzz are determined by a certified PRNG algorithm that has been independently tested for fairness. The results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any party — including JeetBuzz itself. Certification reports are available on request from JeetBuzz support.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical actions — cards dealt from a shuffled shoe, a roulette wheel spun by a human dealer, dice rolled in a controlled environment. The video stream of each live game constitutes the official record of that game's outcome. In the event of any dispute about a live game result, the recorded video will be reviewed by JeetBuzz's compliance team and their decision will be final.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to void any game round where a technical fault has caused an inaccurate outcome. If a void is declared, all stakes for that round will be returned to player wallets. Winnings generated in a round that is subsequently voided due to technical error will not be paid out.

Sports bets placed on JeetBuzz are subject to the general terms in this document and also to the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. The following core rules apply to all sports bets:

• Match abandoned or postponed: If a match is abandoned or postponed before the minimum play criteria are met (typically 90 minutes for football, 20 overs per side for T20 cricket), bets are voided and stakes returned. If the match is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, bets may remain active at JeetBuzz's discretion.
• Incorrect odds: JeetBuzz reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical error. "Clearly incorrect" means odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the actual probability of an event, regardless of the direction of the error.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted up to the point the relevant in-play market closes. JeetBuzz is not responsible for delays between real-world events and the display of live odds on the platform — bets placed during such delays may be voided at JeetBuzz's discretion.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single-bet payout on any JeetBuzz sports market is Rs 5,000,000. Accumulator (parlay) maximum payouts are Rs 10,000,000. Any winnings above these limits will be capped at the limit and the excess will not be paid.
• Result disputes: JeetBuzz settles sports bets using official results published by the governing body of the relevant sport. Where official results are disputed or under appeal, JeetBuzz may withhold settlement until the official result is confirmed.

JeetBuzz operates a minimum bet of Rs 20 per sports market and a maximum single-market bet of Rs 1,000,000, subject to individual market limits that may be lower for specific events. Market-specific limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

JeetBuzz may suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification checks within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or collusion
• Receipt of a legal or regulatory instruction to close the account
• At the player's own written request (voluntary self-closure or self-exclusion)
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be marked dormant)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JeetBuzz will notify the account holder by email or SMS within 48 hours and will aim to complete any investigation within 30 days. During a suspension, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay are disabled. Verified funds that are not in dispute will be returned to the player at the end of any investigation that finds in the player's favour.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JeetBuzz account may do so by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance above Rs 100 will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited on voluntary closure.

Dormant accounts may attract a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 after 12 months of inactivity, applied against the account balance, until the balance reaches zero. Players are notified by email before dormancy fees begin. Re-activating your account by logging in and placing a bet stops dormancy fees immediately.

JeetBuzz takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gaming is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income, a way to recover financial losses or a coping mechanism for stress or personal difficulties. If your gaming is no longer fun, or if you are spending more than you can afford, please use the responsible gaming tools built into your JeetBuzz account.

The following tools are available to all JeetBuzz account holders at no cost and take effect immediately when activated:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your JeetBuzz account. Limits can be reduced at any time and take effect immediately. Increases to limits take 24 hours to come into force — this cooling-off period is intentional.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a specified amount of continuous play time (30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours — your choice).
• Cooling-off period: Block access to your JeetBuzz account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days). Cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from JeetBuzz. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. JeetBuzz will also block you from any marketing communications during this period.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on accounts that show signs of problematic behaviour, including but not limited to: very rapid and large loss accumulation, chasing-loss betting patterns, or communication suggesting distress. This is done in the player's interest and is not a punitive measure.

JeetBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering on JeetBuzz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and JeetBuzz.

In summary, JeetBuzz collects only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with anti-money laundering regulations and provide customer support. JeetBuzz does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained for as long as your account is active and for such period thereafter as is required by applicable laws.

JeetBuzz uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the JeetBuzz platform. Internal access to player data is restricted to staff with a legitimate operational need and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations. JeetBuzz provides its platform and all associated games and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JeetBuzz makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the absence of errors in any game or software, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

JeetBuzz's total liability to any single player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This cap applies to all claims in aggregate, not per individual incident.

JeetBuzz is not liable for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures on the player's side, failures of third-party payment processors beyond JeetBuzz's reasonable control, force majeure events (including natural disasters, government actions or widespread infrastructure failures), or the player's own breach of these terms.

JeetBuzz aims to resolve all player complaints quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the JeetBuzz service, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Live Support: The majority of complaints are resolved immediately through JeetBuzz's 24/7 live chat. Explain your issue clearly and the support agent will assist you in real time. This is the fastest resolution route for most issues.
2. Step 2 — Submit a Formal Complaint: If live chat cannot resolve your issue, submit a formal written complaint to support@jeetbuzz-khelo.com. Include your account username, a clear description of the complaint, the date and time of the relevant incident and any transaction reference numbers. JeetBuzz will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 7 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with JeetBuzz's response, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer. The escalated response will be provided within a further 14 business days. This constitutes JeetBuzz's final internal decision.

All disputes about game outcomes must be raised within 7 days of the game round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be actionable because game logs are archived on a rolling basis. JeetBuzz's decision on all game disputes, made after reviewing available log data, is final and binding.

Disputes about financial transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date. JeetBuzz keeps transaction records for a minimum of 5 years and can retrieve historical transaction data within this period.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JeetBuzz will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days before the changes take effect. For non-material changes (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any obligation), JeetBuzz may update the terms without prior notice.

Your continued use of JeetBuzz after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using JeetBuzz and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 9 of these terms. The version of these terms that applies to any bet or game is the version that was current at the time the bet was placed or the game was played.

The date shown at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates when the current version was published. Previous versions of these Terms and Conditions are archived and available on request from JeetBuzz support.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of JeetBuzz shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which JeetBuzz operates. By registering, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in relation to any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through JeetBuzz's internal complaints process.

JeetBuzz makes no representation that the platform or any of its services are appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside of those it actively serves. Players accessing JeetBuzz from any jurisdiction are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with their local laws. JeetBuzz does not accept liability arising from use of the platform in violation of local law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with one that most closely reflects the original intent of the provision while being enforceable.
